1 Scope
This part of ISO 6506 specifies a method for the calibration of reference blocks to be used in the indirect verification of Brinell hardness testing machines as described in ISO 6506?2.
The procedures necessary to ensure metrological traceability of the calibration machine are also
specified.

國家標準GB/T 231.3-2012《金屬材料 布氏硬度試驗 第3部分:標準硬度塊的標定》
本標準使用重新起草法修改采用國際標準ISO6506-3:2005《金屬材料 布氏硬度試驗 第3部分:標準硬度塊的標定》(第二版),在文本結(jié)構(gòu)和技術(shù)內(nèi)容方面與ISO6506-3:2005一致。
本標準與ISO6506-3:2005的技術(shù)性差異及其原因如下:
—— 刪除了ISO6506-3:2005的前言,重新編寫了前言;
—— 關(guān)于規(guī)范性引用文件,本標準做了具有技術(shù)性差異的調(diào)整,以適應(yīng)我國的技術(shù)條件,調(diào)整的內(nèi)容集中反映在第2章“規(guī)范性引用文件”中,具體調(diào)整如下:
● 用修改采用國際標準的GB/T231.1代替ISO6506-1(見4.7、第5章和附錄A);
● 用修改采用國際標準的GB/T231.2—2012代替ISO6506-2:2005(見第1章、4.1、4.5、4.8和A.1);
● 用等同采用國際標準的GB/T3505代替ISO4287(見3.4);
● 用等同采用國際標準的GB/T13634代替ISO376(見4.4);
—— 將7.1的公式(1)中的符號“U”用符號“J”替換;將公式(2)和表4中的符號“Urel”用符號“Jrel”替換;
—— 改正了表A.2中一些錯誤的計算結(jié)果和數(shù)據(jù),并在做過改正的地方用下劃線注明;
—— 刪除了參考文獻。
本標準與ISO6506-3:2005相比存在技術(shù)性差異,這些差異涉及的條款已通過在其外側(cè)頁邊空白位置的垂直單線(|)進行了標示。
本標準還做了下列編輯性修改:
—— 將“ISO6506的本標準”一詞改為“本標準”;
—— 用中文的小數(shù)點符號“.”代替英文的小數(shù)點符號“,”。
