1 Scope
This part of ISO 6508 specifies a method for the calibration of reference blocks to be used for the indirect
and daily verification of Rockwell hardness testing machines, as specified in ISO 6508-2:2015.
Attention is drawn to the fact that the use of hard metal for ball indenters is considered to be the
standard type of Rockwell indenter ball. Steel indenter balls can be used only when complying with
ISO 6508-1:2015, Annex A.

國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T 230.3-2012《金屬材料 洛氏硬度試驗(yàn) 第3部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)硬度塊的標(biāo)定》
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)使用重新起草法修改采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ISO6508-3:2005《金屬材料 洛氏硬度試驗(yàn) 第3部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)硬度塊(A、B、C、D、E、F、G、H、K、N、T標(biāo)尺)的標(biāo)定》(第二版),在文本結(jié)構(gòu)和技術(shù)內(nèi)容方面與ISO6508-3:2005一致。
本部分與ISO6508-3:2005的技術(shù)性差異及其原因如下:
—— 刪除了ISO6508-3:2005的前言,重新編寫了前言;
—— 關(guān)于規(guī)范性引用文件,本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)做了具有技術(shù)性差異的調(diào)整,以適應(yīng)我國(guó)的技術(shù)條件,調(diào)整的內(nèi)容集中反映在第2章“規(guī)范性引用文件”中,具體調(diào)整如下:
● 用修改采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的GB/T230.1代替ISO6508-1(見4.5、5.1和附錄B);
● 用修改采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的GB/T230.2—2012代替ISO6508-2:2005(見第1章、4.1、4.6和第B.1章);
● 用等同采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的GB/T3505—2009代替ISO4287:1997(見3.5);
● 用等同采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的GB/T13634代替ISO376(見4.4);
—— 修改了表1的內(nèi)容,并規(guī)范了表中所列“標(biāo)尺”和“洛氏硬度單位”的表示方式;
—— 將7.1的公式(3)中的符號(hào)“U”用符號(hào)“J”替換;將公式(4)中的符號(hào)“Urel”用符號(hào)“Jrel”替換;
—— 將圖A.1中曲線上的1%h、1.5%h 和2%h 分別改成1.0%、1.5%和2.0%,將圖A.2中曲線上的0.02h 和0.03h 分別改成2.0%和3.0%;
—— 改正了附錄B中及表B.4中一些錯(cuò)誤的數(shù)據(jù),并在做過(guò)改正的地方用下劃線注明;
—— 規(guī)范了附錄B中向公式里代入數(shù)值的一些計(jì)算式的表達(dá)方法;
—— 刪除了參考文獻(xiàn)。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與ISO6508-3:2005相比存在技術(shù)性差異,這些差異涉及的條款已通過(guò)在其外側(cè)頁(yè)邊空白位置的垂直單線(|)進(jìn)行了標(biāo)示。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)還做了下列編輯性修改:
—— 將“ISO6508的本部分”一詞改為“本部分”;
—— 用中文的小數(shù)點(diǎn)符號(hào)“.”代替英文的小數(shù)點(diǎn)符號(hào)“,”。
